We are expanding our Generative AI initiatives and are looking for an experienced Generative AI Trainer who can teach, mentor, and guide learners and teams in applying GenAI effectively.

Role Overview

As a Generative AI Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering live training, mentoring learners, and guiding practical implementation of generative AI concepts and tools. You will work closely with internal curriculum teams and industry stakeholders to ensure high‑quality learning outcomes.

This role is remote and US‑based, ideal for professionals passionate about teaching, AI adoption, and real‑world use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live, instructor‑led training sessions on Generative AI topics (LLMs, GenAI workflows, prompt engineering, model usage).
• Train learners on practical tools and frameworks including Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, and GenAI pipelines.
• Guide learners through hands‑on projects, case studies, and real‑world applications.
• Explain core concepts such as:
• Prompt Engineering
• Architecture of models like ChatGPT (high‑level)
• Support learners with career‑focused guidance, including project reviews, interview preparation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve curriculum, labs, and assessments.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI and incorporate them into training content.
• Maintain training documentation, learning paths, and instructional resources.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert and mentor for GenAI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–5+ years of experience in AI / ML / Data Science, with hands‑on exposure to Generative AI.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, mentor, or technical educator (corporate training, bootcamps, or EdTech preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of:
• Machine Learning fundamentals
• NLP concepts
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching or working with:
• Prompt Engineering
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience mentoring career‑focused learners or professionals.
• Awareness of AI ethics, bias, and responsible AI practices.
• Contributions to open‑source projects, blogs, workshops, or technical communities.
