Job summary

WRITER is hiring a Lead Learning Experience Designer to own rapid, high-volume course design (15–45 minutes) built in 3‑week sprints. You’ll create standalone, time‑sensitive courses and deliver live trainings, balancing proactive and reactive workflows across WRITER’s verticals.

Your role centers on video-based instruction with your own voice and visuals, not AI-generated voice. You will partner with product, marketing, and SMEs to deliver rapid-response courses while shaping longer-term

Qualifications

5+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience.
Proven ability to design effective learning in compact formats (15–45 minutes).
Strong facilitation skills for live in-person and virtual sessions.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with SMEs and partners.
Portfolio demonstrating video-based teaching with own voice/non-AI delivery.

Responsibilities

Design and build standalone, 15–45 minute courses in three-week sprints, ~15/year.
Own design lifecycle: needs analysis, design, build, QA, publish; make smart scope decisions.
Deliver live and virtual trainings; adapt to audience questions and workflows.
Repurpose content across delivery modes; maximize reach with minimal rebuilds.
Scan for emerging needs and triage requests; maintain speed and relevance.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and SMEs to align rapid courses with roadmap.
Provide video-based instruction with own voice, not AI-generated.
