Job summary

Amazon is seeking an innovative AI-forward Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and rapidly deploy learning modules for Blink associates worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and PMs to create performance-based content using AI tools, applying adult learning principles and rapid prototyping.

You will balance speed and quality in AI-augmented workflows, driving continuous improvement of learning experiences at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field.
Experience with eLearning authoring tools and design programs.
Experience designing and developing training materials in multiple modalities.
Demonstrated ability to use generative AI for content creation and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives.
Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create content.
Design and develop multimedia content enhanced by AI for scenario generation and personalization.
Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids with AI-assisted first drafts and variations.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development.
Ensure consistency in learning design across programs and platforms.
Measure training effectiveness through various assessment methods.
Stay current with AI tools and learning technologies for continuous improvement.
Maintain course content and curriculum documentation.
Pioneer AI-driven processes to scale content production while maintaining quality.
