Job summary

WRITER is seeking a lead learning experience designer to own a fast-paced, high-volume track of short, just-in-time courses (15–45 minutes) built in three-week sprints, delivering roughly 15 courses per year. You’ll create standalone, purpose-built modules that plug specific gaps and may include live trainings.

You’ll balance proactive scanning for needs with rapid reactive requests, partnering with product, marketing, and SMEs to keep curricula aligned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design effective learning in compact formats — 15–45 minutes.
• Comfort with rapid development cycles and short sprints in an AI-native environment.
• Strong prioritization and triage skills for proactive and reactive work.
• Excellent live facilitation and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build focused, standalone courses — 15–45 minutes — in three-week sprints, shipping ~15 courses/year.
• Own the full design lifecycle for each course at speed: needs analysis, design, build, QA, publish.
• Deliver live and virtual trainings on the topics you build, adapting to audience needs.
• Repurpose content across delivery modes to maximize reach.
• Scan for emerging learning needs and triage requests from across the company and customers.
• Balance proactive and reactive work, shipping at cadence with product and business.
