An innovative consulting firm is seeking a Senior IX Designer to enhance customer engagement through visual and motion design. You will lead UX strategies, design prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling user experiences. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency in design tools like Figma. This remote role offers competitive compensation and a supportive team environment.
Location: Remote (Team is local to Seattle and will be working PST hours.)

The Senior IX Designer will help our customers engage with our vehicle program through clarity of visuals and experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing customer experience through informative and emotive motion and visual design across complex problem spaces. They will be a part of the team responsible for defining how people interact with our products. The ideal candidate will be proficient at using visual design, motion design, and micro interactions to tell our story at every level of the experience.

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted hourly pay range is $45 to $50. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
