Job summary

Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship brand, is seeking Associate Account Executives for its outside B2B sales training program. After completing training, you will spend 80% of your time in front of client decision makers to build partnerships and drive opportunities.

You will identify opportunities in target accounts, nurture relationships, present to C-suite, and strive to exceed sales goals. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in 3-5 target accounts
• Build and sustain client relationships through meetings and events
• Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and outcomes
• Present to C-suite executives and promote project roadmaps
• Exceed target sales goals and collaborate with sales support teams
