Job summary

Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship brand, is hiring Associate Account Executives for its comprehensive outside B2B sales training program. You will spend time with client decision makers to build partnerships and secure engagements with Fortune 500 clients.

The role focuses on solution-based selling, creating client solutions, and achieving target sales goals through a structured playbook and ongoing training led by Brooksource’s sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Results-driven with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in 3-5 designated target accounts and build a robust pipeline.
• Meet with clients to build partnerships and drive engagements with our consulting services.
• Consult with clients to create solutions that deliver positive outcomes for projects.
• Present to C-suite executives and advocate for client roadmaps and solutions.
• Continue to meet and exceed target sales goals through a structured playbook.
• Set personal and team goals through regular coaching sessions with your manager and sales support.
