Brooksource is seeking Associate Account Executives who will train in a comprehensive outside B2B sales program and spend most of their time engaging with client decision makers to build partnerships, drive pipeline, and win engagements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in target accounts (3–5).
• Build and sustain relationships with clients through on-site meetings and events.
• Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and outcomes.
• Advocate for clients to improve their experience and outcomes.
• Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for roadmaps.
• Continue to meet and exceed target sales goals.
• Set personal and team goals with management and support teams.
