Job summary

Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group's flagship brand, seeks an Associate Account Executive to join a relationship-driven, client-focused sales training program. You will spend much of your time engaging with customer decision makers to build partnerships and opportunities.

You will identify opportunities in target accounts, develop executive-level relationships, and present solutions that drive client success; the role rewards top performers with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and pursuits in 3–5 designated target accounts.
• Build and sustain relationships with new and existing clients through onsite meetings, presentations, and events.
• Consult with clients to create solutions that help drive change and successful projects.
• Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of targeted accounts.
• Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for project roadmaps.
• Continue to meet and exceed target sales goals.
• Set personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions with your manager and sales support team.
