Qualifications

• Native-level Urdu with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations experience.
• Background in roles such as Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance, inventory management, and Indian retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and review realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Urdu or English grounded in Indian contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and customer interactions.
• Review AI and human responses for accuracy, policy compliance, and realism.
