Job summary

Lilt is seeking experienced retail professionals to serve as Subject Matter Experts for an AI benchmarking project. You will craft and review realistic scenarios across store operations, customer service, inventory, pharmacy workflows, and loss prevention to help AI systems respond accurately in a dynamic retail setting.

As an independent contractor, you will work on flexible projects with competitive rates, contributing to best practices across diverse Indian and global retail environments.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish (Mexico) with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.
• Background in roles such as Retail Sales Supervision, Store/Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Indian retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Spanish or English grounded in operational contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism.
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.
