LILT is seeking experienced Retail language SMEs to design and review AI benchmarking scenarios across Indian retail contexts. You will create realistic, high-quality scenarios in Kannada and English, covering store operations, customer service, inventory, and pharmacy workflows.

As an independent contractor, you’ll adapt rubrics, ensure factual accuracy, and help build gold-standard solutions for a global AI language platform. Remote work is supported with flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level Kannada with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.
• Background in roles like Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Fraud Investigation, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Indian retail environments.

Aufgaben

• Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Kannada or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, branch coordination)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations
