Job summary

LILT is seeking experienced Retail professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Indian retail and consumer environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic scenarios across store operations, customer service, inventory, pharmacy workflows, and loss prevention.

You will work as an independent contractor, with flexible hours and location, earning competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Native-level Odia with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.
• Background in roles like Retail Sales Supervision, Store/Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Indian retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Odia or English grounded in Indian operational contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism.
• Contribute to 'gold standard' solutions reflecting best practices across Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.
