Job summary

LILT is seeking experienced Retail professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Indian retail and consumer environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will craft scenarios across store operations, customer service, inventory, pharmacy workflows, and loss prevention.

We value experts with Odia and English proficiency and 5+ years in Retail or related roles. This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible hours and no guaranteed schedule.

Qualifications

• Native Odia language with professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years in Retail, Store Ops, Pharmacy Ops, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.
• Roles include Retail Sales Supervision, Store/Ops Mgmt, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Ops, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Ops.
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows and Indian retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Odia or English grounded in Indian contexts.
• Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and retail decision-making.
• Review AI and human responses for factual accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions across Indian retail, pharmacy, and operations.
