Job summary

LILT (Production) is seeking experienced Retail professionals as independent contractors to design and review AI benchmarking scenarios across Indian retail and pharmacy environments. You will craft realistic store operations, customer service, and sales challenges and help shape high-quality, policy-compliant responses for AI systems.

Qualifications

• Native-level Punjabi plus strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years in Retail, Store Ops, Pharmacy Ops, Commercial Mgmt, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.
• Experience in roles such as Retail Sales Supervision, Store/Operations Mgmt, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Ops, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Ops.
• Deep understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations and Indian retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Punjabi or English rooted in Indian contexts.
• Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, and compliance tasks.
• Review AI and human responses for factual accuracy and policy compliance.
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.
