Job summary

The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program seeks a qualified candidate for the Internal Transfer position of Child Support Case Processing Analyst (Revenue Specialist II). This role provides customer support for child support cases, initiates and responds to requests, and coordinates with partners to resolve case issues.

Responsibilities include researching case data, gathering information, assisting customers, and making decisions based on documented case information.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements emphasize being an internal transfer within the Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II.
• No lateral transfer accepted within the last 12 months (excluding hardship transfers).

Responsibilities

• Initiating and responding to requests.
• Coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Researching and resolving case issues.
• Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps.
• Assisting customers.
