Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to support players and ensure a seamless gaming experience. The role is hybrid and requires travel to the office for at least 50% of shifts, with a focus on timely, accurate responses across calls, chats, and emails.

You will handle technical inquiries, promote offers to VIP customers, and uphold confidentiality while achieving daily contact targets. Knowledge of Windows Office and fast typing are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of inbound/support call center experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Flexibility with work schedule.
• Able to travel to the office for 50% of shifts.
• Camera-ready while working.
• Typing at least 90 wpm.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with computers, tablets, and mobile apps.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and outgoing calls.
• Communicate marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet set targets including 70 daily contacts.
• Meet SLAs for chats and phone inquiries within 45 seconds.
