Aristocrat Interactive is hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Agents to join our team in Lansing, MI. We support players, handle accounts and product inquiries, and troubleshoot issues across devices. You will assist customers via calls, chats, and emails, maintain confidentiality, and strive to meet daily contact targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years inbound/support call center experience
• Must be 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Flexible with work schedule
• Ability to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts
• Camera-ready while working
• Able to type at least 90 wpm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Offer feedback on service failures or customer feedback.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and promote company values.
• Stay updated on protocols and work toward set goals and targets of 70 contacts daily.
• Maintain all SLAs for chats and phone call inquiries in under 45 seconds.
