Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Network Engagement Partner to maintain and grow external provider relationships across contracted markets. You will lead outreach strategies, analyze utilization data, and collaborate with market directors to improve care quality and reduce costs.

This role requires travel, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for hybrid-remote work. Competitive salary with a 10% bonus target is offered, along with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification.
• Reliable transportation with active driver’s license for travel across an assigned region.
• Ability to travel and be on-site as needed.
• Stable internet connectivity meeting minimum speeds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain external provider and network relationships in markets where Strive is contracted.
• Grow relationships with provider groups as Strive launches new markets.
• Use data to outline network and provider outreach strategy with market directors.
• Review data with provider groups to improve outcomes and cost of care.
• Collaborate with business development to identify new partnerships.
• Drive performance of portfolios of practices, including engagement and quality.
• Meet in person with stakeholders; business travel may be required.
