Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for client requests.
• Prepare and process client data using Relativity Processing.
• Provide troubleshooting and routine support for Relativity workflows.
• Manage project reporting across client matters.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs among teams.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, risks, and deliverables.
