Epiq Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Epiq EMS to serve as the primary liaison and case consultant on eDiscovery projects. The role emphasizes Relativity proficiency, careful documentation, and collaboration with Iris departments to meet client requirements.

The successful candidate will interpret client needs, oversee project updates, and support the CS team while ensuring exceptional service delivery and timely communication with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in an e‑discovery environment.
• Hosting services experience preferred.
• Relativity certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret client requirements within eDiscovery processes.
• Consult with clients on Relativity and Epiq services.
• Coordinate internal processes across Epiq departments.
• Represent Epiq in client interactions and with third-party providers.
• Supervise and support CS team for client needs.
• Provide regular project updates to optimize resources.
