Job summary

Epiq is seeking an Associate Client Services Manager in Overland Park, KS. You will lead a client-dedicated team and coordinate cross-functional projects in a fast-paced legal services environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in eDiscovery, strong leadership, and a track record of managing multiple priorities while maintaining client satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Relativity certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of eDiscovery experience with a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery provider.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, or supervise project management or technical service professionals.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting client priorities.
• Strong collaboration within a shared leadership model with the Client Services Manager and Senior Project Manager.
• Excellent written and oral communication with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of EDRM, data processing, productions, and workflow in legal review.
• Bachelor's degree; graduate degree (JD or MBA) is a plus; Relativity certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a client-dedicated sub-team of Project Managers and Technical Analysts.
• Coordinate project assignments, capacity, schedules, risks, and delivery across the client portfolio.
• Provide day-to-day operational oversight and ensure quality.
• Serve as point of coordination for client team and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with client contacts through proactive communication and timely status reporting.
• Monitor project health, workloads, deadlines, and service levels; identify risks early.
• Escalate client concerns and delivery risks with recommended next steps.
• Ensure requirements are understood, documented, and executed with quality.
• Coordinate work across departments to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Support onboarding and training for PMs and Analysts including procedures and tools.
• Develop subject matter expertise in the client's environment and tools.
• Participate in project planning, process improvements, and status updates.
• Assist with client business reviews and follow-up items.
• Support project financial management with scope and budget monitoring.
