Job summary

Epiq’s Cyber Incident Response group seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee data exfiltration review projects, coordinate data transfer, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2+ years in eDiscovery PM and Relativity experience, plus strong communication and ability to manage fluctuating caseloads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in eDiscovery Project Management.
• 2+ years working with Relativity as a Project Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; leads client meetings.
• Knowledge of the EDRM model and related workflows.
• Experience with media collections, processing, hosting, review, and productions.
• Ability to manage an active, fluctuating caseload.
• Experience with Canopy or TAR; Cyber Incident Response preferred.
• Desire to exceed client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients at the start of every engagement.
• Facilitate transferring data between external parties and Epiq.
• Lead kick-off calls and provide consultative advice on Cyber Incident Response to customers.
• Interpret client requirements within eDiscovery/CIR processes.
• Manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timeframes.
• Design efficient workflows for data mining and capture related to exfiltration.
• Advise on data identification and reduction methodologies.
• Perform data mining and report detailed results to customers.
• Coordinate case closure and data destruction for engagements.
• Grow expertise in evolving eDiscovery/CIR technologies and contribute to projects.
