Job summary

Contact Discovery Services is seeking an eDiscovery Project Analyst to manage projects from inception to completion. The role emphasizes coordinating with clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders, and performing data intake, processing, production, and analysis using Relativity, Nuix, 4iG, and EnCase.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of eDiscovery experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently within a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of eDiscovery experience.
• Proficiency with Relativity, Nuix, 4iG and EnCase.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• EDS/Relativity certificates or CEDS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee eDiscovery projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders on requirements and deliverables.
• Perform data intake, processing, production, and analysis using industry tools.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Train and mentor junior team members on eDiscovery tools.
