Job summary

Epiq eDiscovery Managed Services is hiring for a Senior Project Manager that will be the primary liaison and case consultant for clients engaging with Epiq EMS group on eDiscovery projects. This role requires proficiency utilizing Relativity and eDiscovery methodologies.

You’ll coordinate internal processes and maintain comprehensive client and project documentation, collaborating with Iris departments to implement optimal solutions for client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving client needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret client requirements within eDiscovery processes.
• Consult with clients on utilizing Epiq’s Relativity-driven services.
• Coordinate internal processes across Epiq departments to meet objectives.
• Represent Epiq in client interactions and with third-party providers.
• Supervise and support CS team members to address client needs.
• Provide regular project updates to optimize resource allocation.
