Job summary

1100 Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Epiq eDiscovery Managed Services group. You will serve as the primary liaison and case consultant for clients, guiding eDiscovery projects and Relativity-based workflows.

You will coordinate across internal teams, maintain project documentation, and ensure client objectives are met. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work extended hours are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an e-discovery environment, hosting services preferred.
• Proficiency with Relativity and eDiscovery methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to translate complex tech for non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret client requirements within eDiscovery processes.
• Consult with clients on utilizing Epiq's services, especially Relativity.
• Coordinate internal processes to meet client objectives.
• Represent Epiq in client interactions and with third-party providers.
• Supervise CS team members to address client needs effectively.
• Provide regular project updates to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
