Job summary

Epiq Systems, Inc. is hiring a Technical Project Analyst to bridge client-facing service with hands-on eDiscovery data workflows. You will manage client data, run processing in Relativity, and ensure timely, accurate project reporting across teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of Relativity, excellent communication, and the ability to drive client satisfaction while managing multiple concurrent workflows.

Qualifications

• Understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support industry.
• Experience with data preparation for processing and client data handling.
• Familiarity with Relativity workspace features and processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for client requests across matters.
• Prepare client data for processing and run data processing in Relativity Processing.
• Provide troubleshooting and routine support for Relativity workspaces and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and report status to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate handoffs between project management, operations and technical groups.
