Job summary

The Technical Project Analyst at Epiq blends client-facing service delivery with hands-on eDiscovery workflow expertise. You’ll track, organize, and process client data and manage project reporting, serving as a daily contact for requests while coordinating across teams.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work with Relativity and related tools, ensure high-quality deliverables, and support client satisfaction through proactive communication and precise execution of workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Strong technical aptitude with database programs and review platforms.
• Working knowledge of Relativity and related workspace functions.
• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for client requests and internal stakeholders.
• Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for processing; perform data processing.
• Provide troubleshooting and routine support for Relativity Processing and data workflows.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and accurate deliverables.
