Solid Ground Solutions is seeking two experienced Call Center Schedulers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate schedules, handle incoming inquiries, and support 15+ Project Managers across Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland.

Hybrid work is available with in-office days Tue–Thu and remote Mon & Fri; training will take place in the initial month. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a call center scheduler or similar role.
• Able to coordinate schedules for 15+ project managers.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule estimates for customers needing crawl space repair, basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and mold-related services.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Coordinate schedules for 15+ Project Managers across Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland.
• Collaborate with a small team of schedulers in a supportive environment.
