Job summary

Talentify in Detroit is seeking a talented Program/Project Manager to support outbound call programs. You will lead meetings, coordinate rosters and training, and provide weekly performance reporting.

This is a hybrid role requiring collaboration with SHS, vendor, and SO teams. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, strong leadership and analytical skills, experience with call centers, and proficiency in Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning access to support the outbound call program.
• Serving as a liaison between SHS, vendor and SO teams.
• Lead meetings, such as call calibrations, weekly touchpoints, performance meetings.
• Provide weekly performance reporting.
• Ensure roster and schedules are aligned with expectations.
• Coordinate training.
• Call listening for accuracy and soft skills, making recommendations based on observations.
• Work with business partner manager on coaching opportunities and alignment.
• Monitor performance and request corrective action as appropriate.
