Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams and Office apps.
• Experience with customer service and handling inbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and schedule/coordinate appointments in Oracle.
• Assign appointments to technicians based on territory, skills, availability, and scope of work.
• Confirm and update customer addresses, phone numbers, and service details for on-site visits.
• Gather all relevant issue details to prepare technicians before arrival.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors when in-house capacity or scope is limited.
• Communicate scheduling plans clearly with technicians and contact center staff.
