Job summary

Solid Ground Solutions is seeking two experienced Call Center Schedulers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate schedules, handle incoming inquiries, and support 15+ Project Managers across Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland.

Hybrid work is available with in-office days Tue–Thu and remote Mon & Fri; training will take place in the initial month. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a call center scheduler or similar role.
• Able to coordinate schedules for 15+ project managers.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule estimates for customers needing crawl space repair, basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and mold-related services.

Job description

We are looking for two experienced Call Center Scheduler to join our team with Solid Ground Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, multitasking, working with customers, and keeping schedules organized.

Job Overview

You will schedule estimates for customers needing crawl space repair, basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and some mold-related services. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails while coordinating schedules for 15+ Project Managers across Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland.

You will support multiple companies and business units, so you must be organized, able to prioritize, comfortable working independently, and willing to use available resources to stay knowledgeable about each business and its services, and other duties as assigned.

You’ll work as part of a small team of five schedulers in a collaborative environment with hands-on support.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week


• 8-hour shifts


• Monday–Friday, within 8:00 AM–7:00 PM


• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, typically 1 Saturday per month


• Hybrid: Work from home Monday & Friday; in office Tuesday–Thursday

• Approximately 1 month of hands-on training
