Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Senior Manager for HR Transformation with Workday PM/BA expertise. This role will govern Workday enhancements, manage the change roadmap, and lead cross-functional delivery from requirements to deployment.

The ideal candidate has strong PM/BA skills, Workday configuration experience including Talent Management, and stakeholder management across HR and IT. Hybrid work with in-office presence in Saint Petersburg, FL is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field with 6–10 years of HR product management experience.
Workday experience is required; candidates without prior Workday experience will not be considered.
Experience with Talent Management and Acquisition configurations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead governance for intake, prioritisation, and approval of Workday enhancements.
Own and actively manage the pipeline and roadmap of change, balancing priorities, dependencies, and resources.
Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives from design through testing and deployment.
Partner with HR, IT and the business to shape and challenge requirements into clear Workday designs.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints with mitigation plans.
