Job summary

Raymond James in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a hybrid PM/BA for the HR Workday Transformation team. The role drives Workday enhancements across HR and IT, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs and ensuring delivery from planning through deployment.

The candidate will lead end‑to‑end initiatives, manage risks, and act as a HR Workday subject‑matter expert. Hybrid work in the Tampa Bay area is preferred, with remote options for highly qualified candidates

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years in HR PM/HR
Experience with Workday is required
Talent Management & Acquisition configuration experience preferred
Financial services experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Establish and govern governance frameworks to intake, assess, prioritise, and approve Workday enhancements
Own and actively manage the pipeline and roadmap of change
Lead complex business analysis: process mapping, requirements elicitation, data analysis and impact assessments
Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and the business to shape and challenge requirements
Drive end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives across cross‑functional teams
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints
Act as a Workday and HR SME to guide solution decisions
Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies
Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
