Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a seasoned HR Workday Transformation professional to lead PM/BA activities and govern Workday enhancements. The role drives pipeline, prioritisation, and cross‑functional delivery across HR and IT, shaping scalable Workday solutions and ensuring timely, value‑driven outcomes.

The position supports a hybrid/remote work model in the U.S., with preference for candidates near major hubs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 6–10 years in HR product management or HR.
Experience with Workday is required; applicants without Workday won’t be considered.
Talent Management and Talent Acquisition configuration experience preferred.
Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead governance for Workday enhancements aligned with strategy and budget.
Manage pipeline and roadmap of change with priorities and resources.
Lead complex business analysis including process mapping and requirements elicitation.
Partner with HR, IT, and business to define effective Workday designs.
Drive end-to-end delivery from design to testing and deployment.
Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Act as Workday and HR SME guiding decisions and outcomes.
Define vision, outcomes, and success measures with stakeholder alignment.
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure value delivery.
Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across initiatives.
