Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6–10 years in HR Product Management / HR
• Experience with Workday is required; applicants without prior experience on the platform will not be considered.
• Configuration experience with Talent Management and Acquisition preferred

Responsabilidades

• Establish governance frameworks to intake, assess, prioritise, and approve Workday enhancements.
• Own and manage the pipeline and roadmap of change across HR Workday modules.
• Lead complex business analysis: process mapping, requirements elicitation, data analysis, impact assessments.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements into clear Workday solution designs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design through testing and deployment.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Workday and HR processes to guide decisions.
• Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures for stakeholder alignment.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency and value delivery.
