Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years in HR Product Management/HR required.
• Experience with Workday is required; candidates without Workday won’t be considered.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance frameworks for Workday enhancements and roadmaps.
• Own pipeline and prioritize changes with resource constraints.
• Lead complex business analysis: process mapping, elicitation, impact assessments.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business to shape requirements into Workday solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end initiatives from design to testing and deployment.
• Identify risks and manage dependencies with mitigation plans.
