Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a PM/BA with HR Workday experience to join the Workday Transformation team. The role blends project management and business analysis to elicit requirements, design scalable Workday solutions, and govern change across HR and IT.

Hybrid model preferred for Tampa Bay candidates; remote arrangement possible for highly qualified applicants. Prior Workday knowledge across Talent Management and Acquisition is valued; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

6–10 years in HR Product Management or HR
Experience with Workday is required
Configuration experience with Talent Management and Acquisition preferred
Financial services experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Establish and lead governance for Workday enhancements.
Own and actively manage the pipeline and roadmap of change.
Lead complex business analysis: process mapping, elicitation, data analysis, impact assessments.
Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements into Workday designs.
Drive end-to-end delivery from design to testing and deployment.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation plans.
Act as a Workday SME guiding decisions and optimizing outcomes.
Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures.
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for transparency and value delivery.
Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
