• 6 to 10 years in HR Product Management / Workday experience preferred.
• PM Certification (PMP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance for Workday enhancements.
• Own and manage the change pipeline and roadmap.
• Lead complex business analysis: process mapping, elicitation, data analysis, impact assessment.
