Moss & Associates LLC, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to bolster our field teams and on-site projects. You will partner with field leadership to deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle and maintain a productive, compliant work environment.

This role starts with approximately six months of remote work, then shifts to active project assignments at Moss project sites nationwide.

Formación

• 2+ years in Human Resources, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust with employees and leaders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
• Construction, energy, or industrial industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary HR contact for assigned project sites.
• Partner with project leaders to address workforce needs and HR matters.
• Support full employee lifecycle including onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding for successful integration into the organization.
• Support payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs while escalating complex matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HR data for reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on audits, apprenticeship programs, and workforce development initiatives.
