Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support on-site project teams. You will serve as the primary HR partner for field sites, helping ensure a positive employee experience and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

This role begins with about six months of remote work, after which assignments may be at any Moss project site nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, payroll, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly field staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Bilingual Spanish/Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned project sites.
• Partner with project leaders to address workforce needs and HR matters.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding for successful integration.
• Review and audit timekeeping and attendance for payroll accuracy.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data for reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate on compliance initiatives, audits, and workforce development projects.
