Job summary

Moss, the leading Solar EPC Contractor, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support field projects and hourly teams on-site. The role partners with field leadership to ensure a positive employee experience while handling HR and administrative tasks.

The position starts with remote work for about six months, then transitions to project-based assignments at Moss sites nationwide. Travel or relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience including payroll, onboarding, employee relations or workforce coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for field sites and hourly teams.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Review timekeeping and attendance data to assist payroll accuracy.
• Provide HR policy guidance and escalate complex employee relations issues.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data for reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on audits and workforce initiatives.
