Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project. This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly team members, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting critical HR and administrative functions on-site.

Schedule includes a 7:00 AM start to align with field operations. The position begins with roughly six months of remote work before assignment to an active Moss

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience including payroll, employee relations, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly or field operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Partner with project leaders to address workforce needs and HR matters.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure successful integration.
• Support payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs, escalate complex matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate on audits, apprenticeship programs, and workforce development initiatives.
