Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support field project sites and hourly teams. You will be the primary HR partner delivering hands-on support throughout the employee lifecycle and ensuring a positive employee experience.

You will onboard, assist with changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding while supporting payroll accuracy and HR policy guidance on-site. Flexibility to travel and relocate as needed is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or a fast-paced workforce.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned project sites, guiding employees and leadership.
• Partner with project leaders to address workforce needs and HR matters.
• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure smooth integration.
• Assist payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and company programs and escalate complex matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data for reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate on compliance initiatives, apprenticeships, and workforce development projects.
