Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support field project teams and leadership. This role focuses on delivering hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle and ensuring a positive employee experience on-site.

You will coordinate onboarding, handle timekeeping reviews, and advise on HR policies while collaborating with project leaders. Travel and relocation to Moss project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner for project sites, guiding employees and leaders.
• Collaborate with project leaders to address workforce needs and HR matters.
• Support onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration.
• Assist payroll by reviewing timekeeping and attendance issues.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and escalate complex matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting/compliance.
• Partner with HR and operations on audits, apprenticeships, and projects.
