Job summary

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support field operations across project sites in the US. This role partners with field leadership to deliver hands-on HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will onboard new hires, ensure payroll accuracy via timekeeping audits, maintain HR records, and help enforce policies while supporting compliance and special projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience with focus on employee relations, payroll, recruiting, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, field operations, or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to apply policies consistently and fairly.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned project sites and field teams.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Support payroll accuracy by reviewing timekeeping and attendance records.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and company programs; escalate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on audits, workforce development initiatives, and special projects.
