Qualifications

• Experience as a front desk clerk or in hospitality.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform in- and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer calls and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Reply to voicemails and emails.
• Book reservations as requested by guests.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources.
• Learn and certify to pump propane (training provided).
• Assist with outdoor maintenance duties.
