Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Reservation Agent to deliver warm, anticipative service over the telephone and to enter and manage room reservations with accuracy in our luxury hotel setting.

You will handle reservations, assist with rooming lists and Passkey, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out while following safety policies. Our team values professionalism, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer related experience an asset.
• Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Book and enter room reservation requests using the Property Management System.
• Enter rooming lists and assist with Passkey while ensuring accuracy, as required.
• Update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out processFollow all safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned
