Qualifications

• Ability to work AM and/or PM shifts; interview timing will be discussed.
• Speak with a smile and deliver friendly service.
• Guest-focused personality; experience is an asset.
• Aptitude for resolving issues with a customer focus.
• Proficiency in English; multilingual is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Polite, confident and patient with strong time-management.
• Experience with POS, booking platforms, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Take initiative to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone system and provide info on resort and activities.
• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
• Maximize revenue through suggestive selling techniques.
• Recommend property dining outlets and assist guests with requests.
• Book restaurant reservation requests.
• Facilitate taking guest room delivery orders.
• Accurately input data into proper systems.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
