Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Spa Reservations Coordinator to be the first contact for guests, delivering five-diamond service in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will guide guests through the wellness journey and manage reservations for multiple treatments.

The role requires experience in spa or salon settings, familiarity with Book4Time, and excellent English; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Spa or salon industry experience.
Book4Time experience preferred.
English reading/writing/speaking required.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
Basic computer skills.
Grooming guidelines adherence.
Constant standing and walking during shift.

Responsibilities

Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
Greet guests over the phone in a warm genuine manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance.
Host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining the wellness journey.
Guide the guests toward their specific needs when making reservations and upsell multiple treatment bookings.
Communicate all changes, cancellations and additions to the back of house leadership team.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to hotel health and safety standards.
Process transactions and adjustments in Book4Time daily.
Perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned including daily checklists.
